Confidentiality

Strictly VA takes the issue of confidentiality very seriously and will never disclose client information without the client's prior consent. All work is treated in the strictest confidence.  Documentation is only retained for as long as is necessary unless requested by a client.

Work Assignments

All Work completed will be delivered to the client by email,  fax, CD or 1st class post. 

Payment of Invoices

Invoices are sent out on completion of work assignments with a breakdown of all expenditure.  Payment of invoices should be made within 14 days from the date of invoice either via cheque, BACS or paypal.

All clients will be asked to sign a client a full set of Terms and Conditions before the commencement of any work.
